  1. I just read quote from Joe Dimaggio. He said he preferred a heavier bat because his swing lasted longer in the strike zone. I was thinking since the modern bats are ultra-light, is this much speedier swing one of the reasons for all these strikeouts nowadays. Any Physics majors out there?
