Texas v Texas A&M. Perhaps a bit classic and irrelevant lately, but I believe A&M dyes their carrots in their cafeteria a different color than orange.

Army/Navy. This game hasn’t had national championship implications for generations, and has never had conference championship implications. That doesn’t sound like a compliment, but it shows how the rivalry is able to thrive on its own merit.
